WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
For 10 days you will be part of a closed Facebook Group with 9 other participants and myself
Each day I post a small wellbeing challenge that you then complete or plan a time when you will completed it. Whilst the challenge is set by me- you choose the details of what it is and how it works for you.
