If you are interested in finding out more about coaching then taster evenings are a fantastic way to get a flavour of what it involves without any commitment to taking it further.
These are a great opportunity to find out more about how coaching works and what a great tool it is for unpicking difficult issues, building confidence and making the most of family life. Whether you have a specific area in which you want to move forward or whether you just want to know a little bit more this session is the way to do it.
This is a positive and supportive session in a small group setting (up to 10 participants).
The session includes activities for participants to experience how coaching works. These activities can be completed entirely without sharing personal information with others in the group. There will be opportunity for discussion but the nature of the session means participants can contribute as little or as much to this as they wish to.
Example topics that clients use coaching for:
- Dealing with feeling overwhelmed and anxious
- Building confidence
- Improving wellbeing, health and fitness
- Tackling challenging behaviour
- Setting boundaries
- Rediscovering identify and fulfilment outside of family life
- Career change/development vs family life
- Fussy eating
